Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. St. John. I had several health issues that couldn’t be addressed by the medical doctors. I have struggled with sinus problems, nails deteriorating, hair loss, lack of energy, etc. I have 2 kids, 3 years and 17 months and I was feeling this way since my first son’s birth. After failed attempts to address these issues with medical doctors, I tried a homeopathic doctor. She gave me 11 different supplements and I felt no improvements. After seeing her several times with not a significant change in my health I was recommended to see Dr. St. John. On the third day of seeing him I noticed the changes so did my husband. Sinus pressure gone, energy level came back up. When my skeptical husband saw that I was cleaning the kitchen at 11 o’clock at night he was convinced that this doctor knew what he was doing. :-) My husband also made an appointment at the first opportunity he got to discuss his health with Dr St John. I also took my younger son to Dr. St. John because he was a miserable kid. He kept banging his head on hard surfaces and crying almost all day. We never saw him sleeping through the night. Some friends and even his pediatrician told me to let him cry several nights to teach him sleep through the night instead of picking him up from his bed to comfort him. As a mother I didn’t feel comfortable doing that because deep down I knew that he had something else going on. He also had back to back ear infections that wouldn’t heal with antibiotics. His pediatrician told me that if he had another ear infection we should start thinking about putting tubes in his ears. He was also teething and the pain woke him up almost every hour. I felt so bad for my son when Dr St John told me that he had sinus infection along with the ear infection. No wonder he was miserable and never wanted to sleep. Dr St John told me to cut dairy and sugar from his diet and put him on immune booster along with couple of tinctures to get rid of the ear and sinus infections also the teething pain. Within a week he became this sweet little guy who started singing, laughing and dancing even when there is no music. He started sleeping through the night as well. He trained me so well that I kept waking up listening to his breathing and worrying about him. :-) All 4 of us as a family are Dr St. John’s patients now. I talk to my friends and co-workers about Dr St John and tell everybody to go see him. He is very attentive, thorough and cares about his patience. He is available 24/7 when one needs urgent attention. He even called me several times from his cell phone because it was after office hours and I needed his advice on few things. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. Please do yourselves a favor and talk to him if you have a lingering health issue that you put off that can be cured with few visits. You will not regret it.

I began using Chagrin Natural Health Clinic services over 12 years ago when another health care professional referred me to this practice as a place where they could help me recover from the effects of “burnout”—a result of years of significant stress. When I first started going to Chagrin Natural Health Clinic in June of 2016, I had numerous health issues. My three biggest health issues were stress, immune and fatigue. I have been traveling every 6-8 weeks to Texas to see my sister who has had health issues. I would always come home sick. Most of the time it was some type of lung issue. I would end up sick for 1-2 weeks. I was tired of being sick. I had a friend reccomend Chagrin Natural Health Clinic.. He could not believe the difference in his health after going there. I went to one of the talks that CNHC gave. After the talk , I felt I needed to make an appointment. I had a consult and started on the recommendations. I can't believe how much better I am feeling ( and without drugs). I have so much more energy. My stress and immune issues are so much better now. My first month of visits to Dr. St. John was nothing short of astounding. Like many other people I suffered from headaches, anxiety, lack of mobility in my neck and almost no use of my right arm extended out or above my head because of a huge bursa on my shoulder approaching the size of a tennis ball. Within a couple weeks I was able to turn my neck both directions with ease. My anxiety has lessened to where I can now drive places I had not been able to for quite some time. I am a one year patient now and my shoulder has complete mobility and the bursa is reduced in size to where it is no longer protruding and noticeable. Dr. St. John has been a life saver for me! I had been suffering with digestive issues - IBS - Gallbladder - debilitating cramps etc. for as long as I can remember. I looked to the medical community for help and no one was able to give me the right answers or solutions. My quality of life was really going down hill until I started seeing him 2 years ago. Nutritional response testing has been a lifesaver - so much more effective than traditional diagnosis and treatment. I actually feel human again - being a successful work in progress, I do have to pay attention to what I eat and I know what to avoid. My supplement regimen has been modified since I first started seeing the Doc - his goal is to keep you healthy on the least amount of supplements. I was referred by a friend to go and seek help for my multiple health issues. After the first week my chronic bone and joint pain was gone. After the first 2 months my chronic nerve pain was GONE. If I miss a dose of my recommended plan then I feel the after effects the next day. As long as I stay on the plan that they have laid out for me I am on a path of a pain free life. This is all done with supplements (and chiropractic) care. I am off of all my prescribed meds for nerve and bone pain. I have NO side effects with the supplements the way I did with the prescription medicines.

Don't be smoked by the medical industry anymore! Once you have drawn your line in the sand and have decided to take your health into your own hands, it is time to go to the Chagrin Valley Natural Health Clinic. For the past ten years I have had chronic back pain form 35+ years of long distance running. The doctors told me my back discs were getting crushed. Steroid shots would help but not cure the pain. And the amount of Aleve was getting ridiculous. So one year ago I went to Dr Brittany Kahle to see if she could help relieve the pain. I came into Chagrin Natural Health Clinic having symptoms of mid morning fevers that left me feeling nauseous and irritable. It was to the point where I was starting to fear that it was going to take over my life. Popping a Tylenol wasn’t really helping. I was also having issues with symptoms of hypoglycemia. By mid morning and mid afternoon, I would get very hungry and hardly be able to think. This led me to eating throughout the morning and afternoon. I went to a traditional doctor first who had me go through blood tests. When everything came back “normal” he said we’d try again in a couple more months. My husband and I went to a lecture on how to lower your stress and increase your energy levels. We heard the doctors story and listened to how bad sugar is on our bodies and got interested to take a step to get our 50 year old bodies back in check. We have been patients now for 2 months and are feeling a lot better already. We realize it took us some time and abuse to get in this situation and it will inevevitably take some time to get better but we are already experiencing results. I believe that coming to Dr. Brittany was the best choice I could have made for myself. I'm only 19 years old and I had deal with problems that no one my age had to deal with. Horrific knee pain to the point I was not able to stand. Menstrual cramps that felt like I was being stabbed. Back pain, intestinal pain, depression, anxiety and on and on. And the best part was that Advil and some prescription pain killers didn't have an effect on me. Also, I reacted badly to Zoloft and lexapro, the two most common antidepressants. So that's great I can't take anything to fix myself and western medicine keeps telling me everything is normal and all my problems are because I'm fat. NO! I've been a bigger girl all my life and all of these problems started at 18. How can you tell me there's nothing wrong when a 18 year old can't even stand? Eventually, my mother looked into natural medicine and if it worked. She ended up taking me to chagrin natural health because they were running a special for a $30 evaluation. Turns out, I am as messed up as I thought. Metal toxicity and chemical toxicity all plagued my system. Plus my spine was messed up in about 5 different places. I am very happy to have met Dr. St. John and all the staff at Chagrin Natural Health Clinic. Since I started my journey I have lost 10 pounds from learning a healthier eating journey. One of my visits I had a constant pain in my lower abdomen and back. In the past I was told the pain was kidney infection and the doctor prescribed an antibiotic that I had to take three times a day for two weeks. The antibiotics caused a yeast infection which another prescribed medicine was given. During this visit Dr. St. John informed me that my kidney weak and needed help repairing it self. I did as instructed, but at the time I was still in pain. I went to bed that night thinking I was going to have to make another appointment the next morning. A year ago, I suffered a traumatic accident that had me in the ICU. Months after, my neck began to hurt, I started having right wrist and elbow pain and tingling, and I had never felt more fatigued. I had slowly increased my over the counter pain medications to maximum daily doses to manage the pain. I made appointments with a pain management doctor and with a wrist specialist. However, they couldn’t see me for 3-4 months. I could not wait that long to get better. I started seeing Dr. Kahle one month ago. I was nervous to go initially but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The office itself provides a healing atmosphere. I remember telling Dr. Kahle that my energy was very low and I felt weak, but I was mostly concerned about my neck pain. For the past few months, I could only drink beverages from a straw, because leaning my neck back to drink from a cup without a straw caused me excruciating pain. Turning to look to the right hurt caused me a similar amount of pain. We talked about what brought me in and what my goals were. I told her that I wanted to feel strong again. I rated my energy as a 4/10. I received a full and comprehensive evaluation. Dr. Kahle noted misalignments in my spine. She did some testing and recommended natural enzyme supplements and noninvasive therapies that I could do myself at home. I began seeing her twice a week for quick chiropractic visits and once a week to review my diet and review the supplements. Dr. Kahle is a patient teacher. She greatly increased my knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. As a 4th year medical student pursuing an M.D., I believe that speaks volumes of what she has to offer to her patients. A better understanding of how the body works can only benefit us as we are each our own primary caregivers. Two weeks ago, friends and family started telling me that I “was glowing.” My skin had been pale but it looked healthy and vibrant again. My previously non-healing wounds from the accident began to heal. My energy had increased to an 8/10. I could hike and garden again. Her chiropractic adjustments diminished my neck pain greatly. My wrist and elbow pain began to fade slowly thereafter. Four weeks after I started seeing Dr. Kahle and I can play volleyball again. I have decreased my daily over the counter pain medication intake by 90%. Walking in on day one I was greeted by friendly staff. After hearing about the clinic during a lunch lecture I made an appointment to try and see if they could help me. I had issues with my back that would cause strain up my neck to the back of my eye. This cause really bad headaches multiple times a week. I also had mental sluggishness and hard time getting up to do anything. It is now a month later and I have been free of the back pains and have not had a headache from strain. My productivity at work is up and even my wife says I seem to be in a happier and energetic mood more often that before. I highly recommend checking them out and giving them a try. You might just have your life turned around like myself.

I have been seeing Dr. John St.John for a couple months now and most recently switched to every other week since the results have been so good. I have already referred 3 people and I will continue to do so. You are not making a mistake by walking through that door!

After a year of on/off shoulder pain, a friend convinced me to try a chiropractor. The chiropractic care I have received from Chagrin Natural Health Clinic has been extremely helpful. Dr. John St. John has helped align my neck, shoulders, collar bone and ribs, completely alleviating my shoulder pain. After struggling with severe seasonal allergies, frequent migraines and consistent stomach pain, I decided that the 7 daily medications I was prescribed by the traditional medical system were not working for me. My food sensitivities were increasing, even with the medications. I decided to give Dr. Kahle’s natural approach to health a try. Since beginning treatment in December 2019, I have been able to resolve my seasonal allergies, eliminate my headaches, and abolish my stomach pain. In addition, I no longer suffer from fatigue, brain fog, or stomach bloating, thanks to the personalized diet that Dr. Kahle recommended. My immune system has also greatly improved, and I have now weaned off of all my allergy medications, allergy shots, and lowered my dose of antidepressant. Chagrin natural health has allowed me to take control of my health without filling my body with harmful chemicals. The 8.5 pounds I’ve lost are just an added bonus! About a year ago, I began experiencing significant hair loss. I searched for Natural Health providers and was impressed with the glowing reviews people gave Chagrin Natural Health Clinic. I made a consultation appointment but was hesitant because I didn't understand Muscle Response Testing. Because their medical questionnaire is so extensive, I also noted digestive issues and shoulder pain, both bothersome but I felt were just how it was with me. After a short time on superior natural food supplements, my hair loss stopped and new hair started growing and my digestive issues have disappeared. Now understanding how nutrition affects my health, I made lots of healthy changes to my diet and have lost 40 pounds without feeling deprived. Most stubborn was my shoulder pain but with Dr St John's adjustments that is also 99% gone. I really enjoy the great staff, the informative lectures and the Lymphatic Compression Therapy. I just cannot say enough about how caring and effective Dr St John's natural treatments are and how glad I am to be a patient!

Dr. St. John's treatment virtually eliminated my acid reflux symptoms and drastically reduced an issue where food would often get stuck in my esophagus. My GP prescribed a medication which had many, nasty side effects. I decided to go to Chagrin Natural Health Clinic to see if Dr. St. John could address the root cause of my condition without the use of the nasty medications. Dr. St. John prescribed a good diet and some supplements my body needs. My case was pretty severe, and it has taken a solid five months to see a significant change, but I'm now feeling very good. I have to eat something very acidic to experience acid reflux, and the swelling of my esophagus has drastically reduced. I can now eat complete meals without worrying about food getting stuck. I'm a big believer in Dr. St. John and would recommend anyone see him before going to a traditional Dr.

I had a normal, active lifestyle that involved aerobics, boxing and hiking trails. Around six months ago, I noticed a sharp pain in my lower back that could not be alleviated despite applying heat, and resting when I could. I was barely able to walk the short distance from my car to my job which was unusual since I had been walking 20 blocks on average per day prior to this event. After seeing a podiatrist (thinking it was due to the lack of arches in my feet), I had searched for a chiropractor. I had read the reviews regarding Dr. St. John and his clinic, I felt confident that he could guide me in the right direction towards reclaiming my health. Not only did my back feel incredible after only 4 weeks (better than before I had begun boxing), but I had more energy, and did not need to rely on 2 cups of coffee just to get through the work day. This was probably due to the detox foot bath that I had after every session. I used to get up every morning with swollen feet, and would have to walk gingerly for at least 15 minutes until I could get going. Now, I am able to get up, and plant my feet firmly on the floor with zero foot pain! I can’t tell you how incredible that feels! I highly recommend him to anyone who has ever dealt with debilitating back pain, you will not be disappointed.

My focus in 2019 was to improve my health. After hearing a very interesting talk by Dr. John St. John I was compelled to make an appointment for an evaluation. My adrenal health began to improve almost immediately after starting on the supplements that he recommended. Also, my sleep has vastly improved. I am seeing Dr. St. John once a month to maintain my good health and keep my body in balance. Recently, I have been fighting a respiratory bug and my normal remedies were not working. Using muscle response testing, Dr. St. John was able to determine that I was dealing with a virus and correctly prescribed supplements and homeopathics to help me. I started to feel better soon after and after only two days I was feeling back to normal. Dr. St. John has helped me improve every condition that I have brought to his attention and I would highly recommend a visit to his office for an evaluation.

The treatments that helped me were the Infrared Sauna, Lymph Massage, building up my minerals, and I was encouraged to begin eating good fats. I have been going to Chagrin Natural Health Clinic for about 3 months now and I am so glad I made my consultation appointment. I heard about the clinic through a family member because I have been suffering with migraines for over 4+ years. I was having a headache everyday and several migraines a month. After multiple years of testing and numerous medications not working through with my primary Dr. & even a Neurologist-I knew that this was my best option. I went and had my Nutrition and Chiropractic evaluations and from there everything fell into place. I have been headache/migraine free for about 2 months and have lost about 30 lbs in the timeframe since starting my packets. I have so much energy and as a single mom of 11year old active twins that is so important. I will add that I travel about 2 hours to and from for my appointments and I would encourage anyone having issues/pains to do so as well. Since my migraines have stopped, I feel like I’m getting my life back. I have the Drs. at Chagrin Natural Health Clinic to thank for that! I’ve been going to Chagrin natural health clinic for about 5 weeks. I’m a 58 yr old male that’s been dealing with arthritis , low back pain , shoulder and hip pain. During my treatments I’ve been evaluated and tested at least 6 times to determine the best mix of whole food supplements for my body. Each week I’ve seen improvements and less pain. But this last week I had a pretty intense project putting in drainpipe. Lots of bending over/shoveling and on my feet all day for three days. I’m amazed how well I recouped each day and how little discomfort I had. This is no doubt the good work of my Dr at CNHC.

Pseudoscience. At best a good nutrition coach. At worst a modern day snake oil sales man. If you want a sales pitch for 2 hours this is the place for you. If you want supplements you can buy on Amazon this is the place for you. Nice enough people but they follow ancient Chinese traditions to “find what’s wrong with you” that simply matches the symptoms you put on a paper. This is dangerous and a waste of time and money. Not sure why no one else spoke up about this but this is my honest review.

This place is such a scam! They just tell you that they can help you, no matter what problem you have, and expect you to spend thousands of dollars on BS treatment. They can help you with eating healthier, but that's it. Don't waste your time and money. I'm shocked by all the positive reviews and can only guess that they are from people who become healthier after changing their diets.

Dr. St. John has helped where no doctor has ever been able to help me to solve more than 30 years of what turned out to be multiple issues which would have been impossible for any medical doctor (or me) to figure out or to help me to actually heal from them. It has taken much patience on my part as we work through them, but after about a year of focus on these things I have hope again and I can feel the positive improvements AND the healing. I am learning that the body is amazing and that even physical issues we've been told by the medical community that we "just have to live with" are ALL reversible including asthma. Persistence and patience has been necessary, however as I move back into health is so worth it! I can finally see the light into health freedom! Thank you Dr. St. John.

I would highly recommend Dr. St John for both Chiropractic Care and Nutritional Healing. I have been a patient of his for about 2 years. Dr. St. John is an extraordinary practitioner. It is difficult to even put into words the profound healing power of working with him. Having been very unwell for many years of my life with chronic conditions that only seemed to be getting worse (despite trying countless alternative treatments, approaches, practitioners, diets, supplements and so forth), I was open to a miracle. Dr. St. John has been that health support miracle. From spending much of my time laying on the floor in pain and debilitation, I am now able to walk, function and feel a level of stability and trust in my body that had been absent for years.
